Mayfield lavender farm

What a lovely day, Robyn and I went to Mayfield lavender farm in Banstead, to photograph the lavender. It was wonderful apart from the fact there were so many people milling around.....not my favorite photographically speaking! After we had walked up and down the rows taking endless shots we had a nice cream tea made with lavender scones which were very yummy indeed. 
I found it really hard to choose which shot to blip, as there was so much choice, but in the end I settled for this one of a Green Capsid bug on this rather special sprig of lavender I found which was blue one side of the stem and pink the other - very odd indeed.
