Derelict Sunday EB

After getting home very late (1am) from Sydney last night (not helped by night roadworks and wrong turns) I've had a quiet day doing some paperwork in front of the fire.

We went to friends for a casual tea and on the way over I took a couple of idle shots. 
That's all I have so I've applied a bit of processing and a Derelict Sunday tag to this old house and garden.
