This is currently on offer at our local supermarket. I think you should be able to read the bit at the top but in case you can't, it says "German Beer, Australian Hardrock". The taste test says it is OK, Pils from a can. I wonder if GG is going to start scouring the supermarkets to see if he can find it in Schottland.

Been a quiet day (Moot excepted), I've been working at my German and shopping. I've been going over my impressions of Berlin too. One of the things that struck me about it was how incredibly flat it is. That may sound daft but given that I've lived in hilly Edinburgh & now Wiesbaden, flat is really unusual. I quite enjoyed that. And having seen on a map how little of Berlin I saw, I'm very keen to have a second visit (although before we go back to Berlin, I have to see München*).

On an AC DC related note, here are some educated rednecks.

*I tried for months to say this correctly, and after nearly 2 years of trying I think I say it ok but you'd still know I wasn't a German.
