"nächste Einfahrt rechts" means "next entrance on the right". You'll be staring at that sign for a long time before left becomes right.

I fully expect to be corrected here and told that what it really means is "turn left and then take the first right".

And I'd counter that with "Why not make it simple and have 2 signs?"
