Pookie's turn for the limelight

It was such a dreich, miserable day that an indoor blip was the only option and Pookie, martyr that she is, stepped up to the plate.

With P due home on Thursday for the weekend, and a long-standing plan to give Minty his first-ever visit to Troon tomorrow, today was a day of domestic chores as I tried to make the house as clean and welcoming as possible for P.

Coincidentally, today I got a new house-sitting booking for three weeks in November. Watch this space...
