Papy G

Tiny Tuesday got me thinking about all the lovely little jewels that Papy G sent to Oddie on her birthdays.
When he was just a child Papy G's family fled the Vietnam war and settled in Paris. :)
Later, Papy G went on to meet and then wed his sweetheart Andree but sadly she died at the tender age of 44. 
Papy G outlived Andree by 32 years and died a few months after this picture was taken. You were a pain in the bum Papy G, but we miss you, a lot! ❤️
