Sweet Like Chocolate

Nigella's got a new book out - Nigellissima - I haven't bought it but it's being serialised in the Sundays. This is her chocolate cake made with Olive Oil. It's risen a little too high in the centre but when a 'test-sliver' was taken out and put on a white china plate, dusted with sugar, it looked quite elegant. I've put it out of sight now and will take it to work tomorrow to avoid it going the way of yesterday's (ie down my neck).
