This years theme at the Newton Toney Festival of Flowers is Happiness. On for the next three days at St. Andrew`s Church in the village. Louise Rubega has arranged this one ,titled "I Love Sunshine". Other arrangements come from `walking the dog, trip to New Zealand, chocolate, playing tennis , horse riding and many more.
