Anarchy in the Village

I won't name names. Suffice to say that this is a well-known Blipper. I'll give you a clue. He happens to be on Page 1 of Popular today.
3 local couples all have their Ruby Wedding Anniversary this year, so they held a joint party (i.e. there was a party hosted by  the 3 couples - there were no joints involved!).
Extras show another of the 40th Anniversary Grooms (as indeed is the Blipper and his Blipper wife) talking to some guests. As you might have guessed, there was a '70's theme.
What a great party it was too.
