Anticipation

This afternoon was visiting the venue for the first time and walking through the ceremony.  Thurlby Domain is at Spear Grass Flat a short drive from Queenstown.  It has the ruins of the early farm buildings from the 1860's when the farm was first conceived by Bendix Hallenstein who was born in Germany.  He is one of the pioneers of our country and was very influential in this part of the country.  It is a unique setting and the bride and groom choose it because they both grew up on farms.  It will be chilly so I will wear my thermals under my pretty wedding clothes.  The reception is at a different venue with all mod cons.  This photo has Charlotte standing in the doorway the bride and groom will enter through.  Charlotte is on logistics and she has the forester and two other chaps as helpers putting out the chairs etc prior to the ceremony tomorrow afternoon.  I won't be blipping tomorrow so you will have to wait until Tuesday to see what the bride looks like :-)
Thank you for the hearts and comments about yesterdays blip, very much appreciated.
