Like many #leithwalkshops, this has been through a number of iterations over the years, and some have been funkier than this.

Happy enough to be back in the Burgh, and not too unhappy to be back at work. Today was a reasonably gentle reintroduction, although unlike most Mondays I had to head in to work for a PhD supervision, upsetting my working at home routine. I also headed across the park to see the PT, and she'd come up with some exhausing new exercises for me.

A quick day trip down the East Coast mainline tomorrow.
