I'm no snob

Let's face it, fresh herbs aren't available all year 'round and ordinary people don't have deep pockets and usually cook after staggering home knackered from a day of work or caring or both ... so anyway we found this fab little shop in Brighton that sells ten million herbs, spices, salts and other things and have been using their stuff for a few weeks and today had a box full of little tins delivered so ... 

Asian Wok mix stir fry tonight. Lovely. Lots of fresh veg, tofu and cashew nuts.

And the weather is still good ... turning out to be a nice summer ...
