Linda Lavin House

This house at 411 Front Street is not on the historic registry. It is significant because it has been the home of entertainer Linda Lavin for the past 17 years. Recently Linda (most famous for her role on the television series Alice, ) has become increasingly in demand for roles on Broadway and in the movies. She has been nominated for Tony Awards for the last two years.

Linda and her husband Steve have purchased a house in New York State and have put their Wilmington house pictured here up for sale.

They will be missed as active residents of this small southern city.
