Back Garden

We took the train to Bath today. It's been a few years since we'd been, and that was in November, so it was somewhat busier than we remembered. We had a good walk round and found an interesting place, which was not heaving with tourists, for lunch (and later a Nero for coffee). After, we took a walk up to The Circus and Royal Crescent; on the way back we visited an open garden. It was interesting to see the backs of some of the Georgian buildings designed by architect John Wood. We also visited the Bath Postal Museum, the city being the home in the UK of the first registered use of the 1840 Penny Black, Britain's first postage stamp.
