Jousting

I spent a fun day at the Renaissance Festival with my daughter and her husband.  So much to see and do!  There were several shows, wandering minstrels, amazing food, artisans of all kinds, and much more and all were in period costumes and remained in character all the time.  My main blip is of the very realistic jousting.  As you can see behind the jousters are the king and queen looking on.  My extra for Silly Saturday is Darrin hamming it up with one of the jesters.
