Journey Through Time

So Do You Come Here Often?

A few houses up the block there are quite a few aster plants and it is literally a beehive of activity. They were moving so fast that I couldn't get several of the more interesting looking bees and some sort of black waspish looking thing. I finally focused on the plant and just waited for something to land.

There have been helicopters to the east of us, hovering and flying around a certain area. I went to the news and, sure enough, a fire had broken out behind this industrial park and had threatened some buildings. I think they got a little scorched. I didn't hear sirens or see the smoke or anything. Odd, as it's not that far away from our house. Thankfully, it's pretty much all taken care of. Thank you Firefighters!

It's 87 or so and is so hot and dry. Sucks the energy right out of me, so this is the image of the day. Off to have a light dinner of chicken and our veggies. Hope you are well, my friends. See ya later.
