Lavender Blue

Seems to be the butterflies favourite at present.  Gatekeepers like this one are usually drawn to the Marjoram also flowering now but today it was the Lavender that was the focus of attention.

A good night's sleep is a great restorative.  I got rather more done today than yesterday, including getting Jamie out for a bit.  We dropped out of date meds at the chemist, posted some more work back to school, shopped - pizza for tea. Finally we dropped some of the courgette glut at Grandma and Grandpa's where we also had tea and biscuits.  

In other news I was very aware of the family of hedgehogs nesting under the bench at one end of the greenhouse - noisy so-and-sos.  I was potting on seedling cyclamen at the other end - away from their noise and their smell :-/
