MonoMonday181 Curves

This week's MM theme, kindly hosted by 60plus, is Curves.  I did try something with tennis balls (tribute to Wimbledon Fortnight) but in the end preferred this shot of some carved wooden fruits that I've had for many years.  there are several more pieces: a banana, plum, another pear and some grapes, all sitting in a hand carved bowl.  For the purposes of blipping, however, it was easier just to use these three.  They are, I think, quite curvaceous.
Mr MC had an afternoon playing cricket this afternoon while I sat mostly glued to the tv watching today's Wimbledon matches.  Andy Murray, Roger Federer and Johanna Konta went through but sadly Rafa Nadal went out to Gilles Muller.  What an awesome match though, thrilling to the end when Muller finally won in the 5th set, 15 games to 13!
