Paddling in Pink

Hot, hot, hot this afternoon on the hills with butterflies everywhere, wild flowers in abundance and panting dogs at my side. 

The wild scabious was positively heaving with insects and this longhorn moth just looked so cute with it's long antennae  and feet sinking into the lilac petals.

So sorry about my commenting to date but if you think this is bad, next week is a non starter as half the windows are coming out of the house, #1 son has  the appetite of a horse plus I'm going to start to get to grips with a personal trainer which I blame #1 daughter for!! Hmm just read that through - mean it in the best possible taste ;)  Dear heavens - I must be bonkers!
