White on valerian

Today my visitor and I had a thorough inspection of the cathedral and all the changes taking place as the huge restoration project begins on some of the finer details.  Then, after a chatty lunch in town we had a long walk along the river south of the town.  It was here I found this rather fetching large white butterfly (who turns out to be a green-veined white - thanks so much gen2) fluttering about on a head of valerian and thought how appropriate for WildWed.
