Light at the end of the Tunnel

This is just some arches in the Il Mercato shopping centre. Only about a third of the shops here are in use. The rest are empty, some of which look like they were once in use. The mall had its own security and police at the main entrance.

Police at the entrance was not unusual, this seemed to be everywhere. The army had a very visible presence there too. Road blocks with armed men every so often. Some as young as 20?
