Start counting

The Big Butterfly Count starts this weekend, however, it wont take me very long to count the butterflies in our garden each day unless things pick up rapidly.  Today this was the only one - but it is a beautiful specimen of a comma butterfly.  I understand that the current record breaking heatwave in Spain is going to work its way northward next week so maybe that will help swell the numbers.
