Commas

The Buddleja was hotching with butterflies at lunchtime so I did another quick Big Butterfly Count survey: 2 Commas, 4 Peacocks and a couple of Gatekeepers and Small Whites fluttering about too, all in the requisite 15 minutes it took do the survey.

W and I cycled one of the Farnham Bike Ride routes this morning as we'd missed the event itself a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to get some practice in for our forthcoming cycling holiday and it was a beautiful route do it on taking us through many small Hampshire villages looking their glorious high summer best.
