We are Waiting

The people buying our place have a hold up as the are selling a place and their money hasn't come through. The truck is packed and now the clock is ticking over as we are paying by the hour. Hopfully things will be settled not too late tonight. 

At least it isn't rainning which is great and it great I still have Internet 



PS...  We found out that news we got about them selling a house was not true.. It was their lawyer that had not transferred the money on time to our lawyer. Their real estate agent told us when she came around to check we left the house clean and all cleared. The house is just a town house for them when they come down to Christchurch.
