Queen Anne's summerhouse

We're staying in the Queen Anne's Summerhouse , a Landmark Trust property on the Shuttleworth Estate, Old Warden. Its a fabulous little building which was built in around 1712 and used by the local Hunt for refreshments. It has a very cleverly designed 'fold-out' kitchen in one of the turrets and a fabulous roof terrace. This is the view from one of the many pathways radiating out from the summerhouse into the surrounding woods.
