Welcome to Ling Ness

We did two linked walks around Eswick and Ling Ness. Our walks leaflet suggested a way to the beach NE of Eswick, but we couldn't find a way across the fences. We were able to adapt the walk in the other direction by starting along a marked footpath.

Heading to Lingness, there was no such problem! This Reliant Robin sign couldn't have have been more obvious. The highlight of the walk was a distant view of an otter making its way along the shoreline.
