A glimpse through the fence

of G mowing.  I didn't feel much like taking photos today, but I'm not ready to miss a day of blipping!  I took the camera into the garden and spotted G.  The ground is really dry and full of little dandelions, and he wanted to cut them down before they go to seed.  There was a chance of rain overnight and this morning but it didn't materialize.  It's been a few weeks now and we really need rain.  Many wildfires are still burning in the interior.  About 50 firefighters from Australia have come to help the firefighters from BC and those who've come from all across Canada to try to get these fires under control.  Some people have been allowed to return home but are still on evacuation alert.  Devastating.
