European Adventure Day 17: Budapest

Coffee and croissants at the local cafe then the bus into town. Train to Vienna, winding round the Austrian mountains then change for Budapest, passing fields of sunflowers.

Bought our 7 day travel passes without any bother and then got the metro to our flat. Walked along the Danube before going out for tea. It's very busy here.

Don't remember seeing this statue five years ago when we were here.
