Forest of Dean

Walking in the Forest of Dean with Kay, Sarah and Boots. I took this shortly before having a bit of a funny turn, which was anything but hilarious. Thank goodness Kay and Sarah were there to help me through a very scary moment.
Thanks also to the 2 cyclists who acted as my good samaritans by stopping and helping to summon the emergency services.

People knock the NHS, but the service I received from the paramedics and hospital staff was fantastic.

Certainly didn't expect to spend my Sunday afternoon in A & E.
