Large White

I photographed a Small White butterfly on my birthday, and today a Large White. This one was in a garden in Metheringham - this buddleia overhung the fence so I wasn't in their garden!

I wasn't at work late tonight so we were able to go out for a few drinks again. We ended up in the Jolly Brewer, which had a mini festival in their beer garden. A band named Battalions were the headliners, and they were amazing! They are so good they won a competition to play the Bloodstock festival too.
