Antler moth

I'm always poking around in the hedgerows, looking at thistles and hogweed in particular.  There's nothing more special than spotting something new.  Especially when it's a proper moth! 

It's amazing how such a small thing can keep you smiling for so long.  I love how fluffy they are.  Seems to be moulting like Little Dog too!  Maybe they remind me of pets - imagine if they were rabbit sized!  

We've had a family feast at Salami today - never disappoints.
