Golden leaves on a gloomy day

We were going to Spurn Point today to see an exhibition in the lighthouse but were put off by the bad weather. A good call as it turned out - it's rained virtually all day.

So what did I do instead?
Well I managed to get the `Valuation Office' in Leeds to put mum's house forward for re-valuation (this affects the council tax she will pay) as I think it may be too high.
I've sorted out some of my own finances, finished my book `The Kaiser's last kiss', which I thought was stunning and then done a little bit of experimental work with paint.

Oh and I've taken a few photos!

Maybe Spurn Point tomorrow if the weather is good (as promised).
