Yellow

Well - we were not expecting that .... 

I cut up the mahonia Gill took out of the garden yesterday so we can dispose of the pieces either in the green bin or at the tip.  Neither of us was expecting the bright yellow colour of the wood.  No vibrance or saturation enhancements and the colour balance is set to daylight ... 

I had thought I would have more time for blips this week,  but it is not turning out that way, hence the diary shots and lack of commenting :-(
