Todmorden Astronomy Centre

High on the moors between Todmorden and Bacup is the Todmorden Astronomy Centre.
This is the main observatory tower - a three level 29 feet (8.8 m) round building topped by an aluminium dome with twin 3 feet (0.91 m) sliding doors.
I don't know much anything about astronomy but I understand this centre is very highly regarded in amateur astronomy circles.
