Another fine mess of a day!

Had a day over in Ulverston.

Went to the Mad Hatter's Tea Room for lunch which was quirky and ace plus our food was delicious.

Had a wander around the town before heading to the Laurel and Hardy Museum. There's lots of stuff to look at, plus they have a little cinema where they show L&H films constantly. We sat and watched Them Thar Hills - a film from 1934 and everyone, young and old, were laughing :-)

Had another lovely day, rounded off nicely by visiting the house where Stan Laurel was born (took a bit of finding!) and a pint at the Badger Bar (Glen Rothay Hotel) at Rydal on the way back.

My blip photo is part of the area around the Laurel and Hardy statue outside Coronation Hall in Ulverston.
