A day of bargains and craft

Bit of an unpredictable-weather day so we went to the big new Home Bargains in Penrith to snag a few bits and bobs and then on to Hobby Craft in Carlisle. All I wanted was some iron-on bonding web for the little holiday project I was working on. I ended up with a huge bag of stuff and a much more elaborate idea for my project! I really do love craft shops.

Called for a pint at The Horse & Farrier at Threlkeld on the way back to the site - there was a cushion that amused me so Norm took a pic of me on my Instax. I look batsh*t crazy - I really do not like having my photo taken! :-)
