My day

The day started with a call for an appointment with an eye specialist regarding the dancing floater in my eye that had the cataract surgery in March. My surgeon was out for the week, but I could be seen in another location. T left work, we met and went together, I needed a driver after the eye dilation for the exam. All is well, it's just a fancy floater that has a name, a Weiss Ring. No retinal detachment, phew. I know what to keep a watch for if it changes or I see flashes. T had to go back to Boston after the appointment for something at work, so we headed in. We soon received a text from the mother of the Adorables, the whole family was in Boston. We met them and spent some wonderful time together. Two bubbling and sharp little three year olds enchanted and entertained us from the moment we saw them. We had a great afternoon and early evening walking around the harbor on a beautiful summer night.

All hands so proud of Susan Collins, a Republican from Maine who voted down the GOP health care bill along Lisa Murkowski from Alaska and John McCain. Bye bye to poor Reince, freed from the chaos that is the White House.
