White stuff

I'm hoping that the bag of white powder that I found stashed at the back of a kitchen cupboard doesn't indicate that W has taken up an illicit and illegal habit behind my back and that it is, in fact, icing sugar, otherwise we are going to be having an interesting evening after we eat the desert that I have just made.

(Found an interesting photo when I was looking for something to post on my old school Facebook page so have added it as an extra. I reckon I was about 16 and I understand that school field is now a housing estate called Scholars Rise.)
