...and fabulous at lunch with R and S today at our 'go to for celebrations and fine times', Balthazar.
Not a particular celebration today but one of friendship and a delight to eat well and catch up over terrific tucker!
Look away vegetarians and vegans at this point.


The oysters from South Australia's Franklin Harbour and Smoky Bay (so not exactly locally foraged but no doubt raised and harvested with great respect) and local  pink pepperberries  now in season in the West (there is even a bountiful tree in our supermarket carpark!)

And if that wasn't delicious enough...there were potatoes roasted in duck fat (extra)
