Honeybag Tor

I was out with the walking group on Dartmoor.  We did a route involving Ten Tors but the easy way.  We started at Haytor where the weather was grey and windy but it gradually improved during the day with the odd shower in between.  The ground was not as wet underfoot as anticipated and the area was fairly busy with groups of walkers out and about.  

We stopped at Honeybag Tor for lunch where an inquisitive pony hoped for a sandwich.  Then onto Hound Tor - see extra.  A great day out finishing with a wander through the quarry pool where the water lilies were flowering an then a cream tea in a nearby hotel.  A total of almost 10 miles.
