Beach Cafe

Oh what a difference sunshine makes!

We cycled along the Tarka Trail today from Braunton to Instow and back, 50km overall. This beach cafe is in Instow and is a delight. Almost like being on the Dutch coast.  Photographed with my mobile - had I known this was a blip birthday I might well have made more effort!

Gill's bike has the white pannier,  mine the red.

From Instow we took the ferry across the Taw estuary to Appledore and wandered about the art shops. The ferry is supported by a CIC similar to Blipfoto and is a delight in itself.

Some good news re Gill's mum too, she had one blocked artery stented and another bypassed so hopefully the blood flow to her leg is now much improved. Thanks to everyone for you good wishes over the past few days.
