Town Church...

This morning we rang a quarter peal (42 minutes ringing) at 9 o'clock. And it was really enjoyable. After I left the tower and walked around the tower to get to the shops I noticed the door to the church was open so I popped in and tried out the Olympus with an indoor shot. I was pretty pleased with it. 

So a good day so far. I now have to learn something called Wimbotsham Place Minor. Google says Wimbotsham is a village in Norfolk so I guess that's where the method was named for. I don't suppose I'll ever visit which is a shame because it says it is a picturesque village with a pub dating back to the 17th century
