Afternoon tea and cake

We headed over to Harrogate this afternoon to son in law John's sisters'. John and Grace had spent the night there on their return from Scotland and we were needed to pick up a cot which they couldn't get in their car.
Nice to catch up with all the family but as they were going out we set off to walk to Harlow Carr with G and J.

It was pleasant enough to sit outside at Betty's and have tea and cakes overlooking the gardens. No time to visit them today though.

We were lucky as as we were finishing there was a heavy shower so we had to go inside but it was fine again for our return walk.

They are now staying with us overnight before going back to Bristol tomorrow.
