Girls team on our afternoon walk. Shaw is in season so on seperate walks from the boys. Husband takes the boys out.

This morning i gave the kitchen and porch a bit of a deep clean. Its not immaculate and never will be but looking a lot better. Even used handheld part of my steam cleaner to clean the oven. I had to stop when my migraine begun so feeling decidedly shakey this afternoon. After a rest and ice pack on my neck i managed a gentle stroll with my girls. Back to bed now.
