It's a Bit Wet Out Here

This poor bedraggled young blackbird wasn't very keen on the weather today either and kept waiting for Mum to bring it some food, although it was nearly as big as she was.

Stayed indoors and baked some flapjacks.  They are a new recipe and supposed to be terribly healthy!  Sweetened with dates, bananas and honey and full of peanuts and seeds.  I haven't tried them yet as they are still cooling, but will let you know the verdict.

Another therapy session this afternoon, which was extremely painful, but does feel better already.  Also managed to have a spin on the exercise bike this morning in lieu of a walk, so I am trying:-) (Very trying, says TJ!!)
