Plans

Before we can do any drumming, we have to talk over our plans for the next few gigs - who is available to play, do we need transport, how many drums should we take, how much money to ask for, what time to meet and who is playing what.

It's not our favourite part of the evening, but we have to get it over and done with before the fun can start :-)
