An Excellent Policeman

Sometimes he rides a bike which enables him to get around and down small side roads and tracks .Other times he walks. A great personality he misses nothing and, is his own data bank. I know since we have met and chatted many a time. Manchester is a very tough city and it's police personnel such as this who work hard to keep decent people safe . They like people and are not armed ( unlike most European countries ) A plus for Manchester and the UK constabulary.
