Star and Garter

A very damp wet start to the day so decided to not venture out this morning. I stayed at home and did a few jobs around the house. 
The sun did start to shine late morning but I had to go and pick Julie up later from  Metheringham.
When I arrived over at her Mum and Dads she wasn't ready so decided to go for a walk and search out a blip and get a soft drink. While walking past the local pub which was closed  I noticed how nice it looked in the afternoon sun with the lovely blue sky. I grabbed this shot which was the only one I took on my camera today. I did take a couple on my mobile around the house.
