I had a helper in the front yard this morning while I was working on a flower bed where some ash suckers had just been pulled up or sawn through and a stone border assembled.

The Fairports met up with former lead singer Sandy Denny on their tour; not surprising, really, as Sandy's husband Trevor Lucas was now in the band. She was a guest when she reprised her lead from Liege And Lief here, but by the end of the tour she was back in the band. This is the opening track on Fairport - Live- Convention, which I played on this day.
