Salkantay from the pass

The peak of Salkantay (6271m) from Abra Salkantay pass (4650m). 

3 days acclimatisation has been much too short. However, we managed to get over the pass (just) and it is now mostly downhill from now.

The extra is one of 5 Andean Condors which sailed up along the cliffs and then engaged in a Raven-style dogfight above us, before circling a thermal, riding up to gain enough height to set off in a line for their next destination.
